My favorite is the Peanut Butter Crunch bar - its like eating a healthy, guilt free candy bar. Or the Chocolate Fusion bar. There is also an Oatmeal Raisin bar, but I'm partial to chocolate. The shakes come in Chocolate (or Chocolate Whey), Vanilla and Strawberry. I usually add a cup of non-fat milk and a banana to my morning shake for a thicker, longer lasting meal. (I'm 6'2", 195 pounds and fairly active - I get to eat a little extra.)
